The truth behind AI (Artificial Intelligence) in Recruitment

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is affecting a lot of industries, and the recruitment industry is not an exception.

Many HR departments deploy new technological tools to locate potential candidates.

But The Basic Rule in HR is:

100% of customers are people.

100% of employees are people.

If you don’t understand people, the technology is not going to help you.

9 of 10 candidates in Thailand are looking for job Today, but 10 or 15 days later they may not even bother speaking with you.

Instead of depending on AI that is “matching” profiles and skills from outdated database. You should be looking for “Fresh” and Relevant source of up to date profiles.
